In an effort to make it easier for our Bay Area msp clients, today we launched a new client resources section of our website.
This section appears under our contact us page and contains links to a few of the common requests we get such as adding new users, opening support tickets, accessing the Quickbooks Payment Portal, uploading website and application credentials, and obtaining our banking information for wire transfers.

In the future we will be adding more resources to it based on the most common requests we get from clients. One idea we are experimenting with would be an app that can let you tag poor wifi reception areas. It would use GPS and photos to map out the exact locations.
